A Brief Introduction:

This set of fist movements originally taught in esoteric methods in Chen Jia Gou village are closely combined with the internal exercises of “yin” “yang” exhaling and inhaling. The regular practice of these exercises will keep you in good health and thus, you will be able to guard against whatever illness or diseases. Every movement of this kungfu contains the philosophic theory of the art of attack and defense and for this reason, it is an access to the ancient Chinese culture.

Class Name: Chen Style Taichi Chun Qiu (Spring & Autumn) Broadsword

 A brief introduction:

Chen style Taichi spring and autumn broadsword, which was passed on in esoteric methods long ago in Chen Jia Gou village, is the king of all weapons. It is simply because this broadsword has the features of being as fast as lightning, as fierce as a tiger. Barehanded, one can only deal with one or two enemies, but armed with this broadsword, one can hold off a whole group of attackers. In 5 Taichi schools, that is, Chen, Yang, Wu, Sun and Wu schools, only Chen school has this broadsword technique.
